Delivery and Return Policy
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
We ship ex-stock items across Peninsular & East Malaysia within 2-5 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
We ship to all South-East Asia (SEA) countries. This includes Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
For destination country, please register an account on our website to check if we deliver to your specific country.
All ex-stock orders are processed & dispatched within 2-5 working days, if possible.
Any item ordered which is out of stock; please allow 4-8 weeks lead time to deliver.
Return & Refund Policy
We assure the products are well in condition before the goods are dispatch to you. Buyer eligible to apply for return or refund with following circumstances:
– The delivered item does not match the specification (e.g. packing size, volume, etc.).
– The purchased item is damaged during delivery.
– The purchased item is not in good condition upon received by the buyer.
– The purchased item has been discontinued.
– The item has not been received by the buyer.
Buyer must notify us within 5 days upon receiving the shipment. We reserve the right not to accept replacement/exchange after the above said period with proof of defective/damaged items.
Replacement or Exchange
- Incorrect items must be returned to us in their original condition and packing, including instruction manuals and all accessories/ parts;
- Incorrect items should reach us within FIVE (5) working days.

All equipment products come with ONE (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
