Delivery and Return Policy
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
We ship ex-stock items across Peninsular & East Malaysia within 2-5 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
We ship to all South-East Asia (SEA) countries. This includes Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
For destination country, please register an account in our website to check if we deliver to your specific country.
All ex-stock orders are processed & dispatched within 2-5 working days, if possible.
Any item ordered which is out of stock; please allow 4-8 weeks lead time to deliver.
Please note that LabMal adopt No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy for all products sold and supply in good conditions. We assure the products are well in condition before the goods is dispatch to you.
We will guarantee for a replacement/exchange for incorrect items shipped. Customer must notify us within 5 days upon receiving the shipment. We reserve the right not to accept replacement/exchange after above said period.
Replacement or Exchange
- Incorrect items must return to us in its original condition and packing including instruction manuals and all accessories/ parts;
- Incorrect items should be reach us within FIVE (5) working days
