Kanamycin Aesculin Azide Agar, Oxoid Preparation:
Add 2ml of sterile distilled water to one vial and mix gently to dissolve completely. Add the contents to 500ml of Kanamycin Aesculin Azide Agar Base.
Storage conditions and Shelf life
Store the dehydrated medium at 10-30°C and use before the expiry date on the label.
Store the prepared media at 2-8°C.
