Modified Bolton Broth Selective Medium Preparation:
Reconstitute one vial as directed, aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of Bolton Broth CM0983 cooled to approximately 50°C with 25 ml of laked horse blood SR0048. Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
