X-VIVO⢠20 Medium is optimized to support the generation of lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells from monocytedepleted peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) at high density. Initial cell densities between 2.0 â 3.0 à 107 cells/ ml can be used to successfully generate LAK cells. X-VIVO⢠20 Medium may also be used as a growth medium for PBL and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).
