Vitox, Oxoid Preparation:
Aseptically add one vial of Hydration Fluid to one vial of Vitox. Mix gently to dissolve completely. Aseptically add the contents of one vial to sterile medium of choice, cooled to approximately 50°C. Mix gently and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
