Legionella BMPA-α Selective Medium Preparation:
Reconstitute one vial SR0111E per 100ml medium as directed. Aseptically add the vial contents to BCYE-a Medium prepared from Legionella CYE Agar Base (CM0655) and Legionella BCYE Supplement (SR0110) and cooled to 50°C. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
