Preparation of LB Broth (Miller)
Suspend 25 g LB-Broth in 1 litre of demineralized water and autoclave for 15 min at 121 °C. at 25 °C (pH: 7.0 ± 0.2). The prepared broth is clear and yellowish-brown.
