Suspend 40g in 1 litre of distilled water and bring to the boil to dissolve completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 55°C and add 50ml of Laked Horse Blood SR0048 and 10ml of 3.5% Potassium Tellurite solution SR0030, mix, and pour plates.

Precautions
It should be noted that not all corynebacteria produce the typical colonies described above – so in all cases it is advisable to use Hoyle medium in conjunction with the additional media and tests mentioned above.

Suspend 5.6g of ONE Broth-Salmonella Base in 225ml of distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to below 50°C and add the contents of 1 vial of ONE Broth-Salmonella Supplement (SR0242), resuspended as directed.
Storage conditions and Shelf life
The ONE Broth-Salmonella Selective Supplement should be stored in the dark at 2-8ºC. When stored as directed, the unopened products will remain stable until the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Once prepared, ONE Broth-Salmonella can be stored for up to 2 weeks when made from CM1091 and SR0242 according to the manufacturer’s instructions and stored at 2-8ºC, in the dark. A longer shelf life may be attainable, but should be validated under the relevant, local manufacturing and storage conditions.

Precautions

General Description
Aqueous surfactant-free dispersion of PEDOT:PSS neutralized to pH >5. Suitable for preparation of pH-neutral transparent conductive films printed electronics applications (e.g. hole injection layers). A conducting polymer such as poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with poly(styrene sulfonate) anions (PEDOT/PSS) is widely used in various organic optoelectronic devices. PEDOT: PSS is a blend of cationic polythiopene derivative, doped with a polyanion. High electrical conductivity and good oxidation resistance of such polymers make it suitable for electromagnetic shielding and noise suppression. Thus, the polymer film was found to possess high transparency throughout the visible light spectrum and even into near IR and near UV regions, virtually 100% absorption from 900-2,000 nm. No absorption maximum from 400-800 nm. Impact of small electric and magnetic fields on the polymer was studied.

EC Broth (Reduced Bile Salts), Oxoid Preparation:
Dissolve 18.3g in 500ml of distilled water. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool the EC Broth (Reduced Bile Salts) to 50°C and aseptically add the contents of 1 vial of Novobiocin Supplement SR0181, reconsituted as directed. Dispense into final sterile containers.
Storage conditions and Shelf life
Store the dehydrated medium at 10-30°C and use before the expiry date on the label.
When stored as directed, the supplement remains stable until the expiry date printed on the label.
